Staffing Settings
These settings appear on the Staffing tab in the Sourcing
configuration.
Section | Setting | Description |

Tiers | Show Tier Level Up to | Select the tier limit to display in the preferred supplier list. For example, of you set this value to 3, then all suppliers in levels 1 through 3 are visible to a client manager or an MSP during requisition creation. |
Release to Tier | Select the tier level to release to the client manager or an MSP when creating a requisition. | |
Limit Managers to Supplier Tier | Set the tier level to display up to. This only allows client managers to see suppliers up to this level. | |
Release to Next Tier Level in <number> Business Days | Enter the number of days to hold a supplier tier. If you enter 2,
then the suppliers in the next tier are visible to a client manager for
a requisition if that requisition is not filled. Note: This setting does
not apply if all of a client organization's suppliers are in the
same tier. |

Sourcing | Select Specific Supplier | Select the check box to allow a client manager or MSP to select a specific supplier for a requisition. |
Hide Suppliers Selection From The Manager | Select the check box to hide the sourcing information from a client manager. If no specific supplier is selected, the application uses the job category/location combination from the request to match to the job category/location combination in the supplier contract for notification. | |
Select Specific Supplier | Select the check box to allow a client manager or MSP to select a
specific supplier for the request. If not enabled, the system notifies
all suppliers on the request. Note: This option does not display if
Hide Suppliers Selection From The Manager
is enabled. |

Search Supplier Pool | Select the check box to allow a client manager or MSP to search suppliers with an active Staffing type contract. | |
Allow Modification | Select the check box to allow a client manager or MSP to select a
supplier from the search results. Note: This option does not display if
Search Supplier Pool is
enabled. |

Allow Modification during Req Create | Select the check box to allow a client manager or MSP to modify the
supplier selection when creating a staffing request. Note: This option
does not display if Search Supplier Pool is
enabled. |

Allow Suppliers to Opt Out of Requests | Select the check box to allow a supplier to reject requests for workers after the requisition notification is sent. | |
Minimum Required Suppliers for Sourcing | Set the minimum number of contracted suppliers for a staffing
request. This setting can be useful to a client organization from the compliance perspective. It can also be used to ensure that there are competitive rates offered by suppliers for a requisition. |

Allow Offsite Sourcing | Must be enabled to allow the client organization/OpUnit to support offsite sourcing from a supplier. | |
Resume | Resume Submittal Limit | Enter the number of resumes that can be submitted by suppliers per position on a request. This value must be at least one in order to allow suppliers to submit workers for a requisition. |
Allow Client to Forward Resume | Select the check box to allow a client manager for a requisition to forward a worker resume to another client manager in the client organization. | |
MSP to Filter Resume | Select the check box to allow the MSP assigned for client organization projects to filter incoming resumes before they are visible to a client manager. | |
Allow Client to Override Resume Filter | Select the check box to allow a client manager to choose if they want to view all incoming resumes, even if they have been filtered by an MSP. | |
Allow Resume Attachments | Select to allow suppliers to add attachments with an incoming
resume. This information can be, for example, certifications. |

Resume Attachment Limit | Enter the number of attachments (files) that are allowed. |
