Modify the Client Information

You can modify client information as needed. You can only modify information for organizations that are assigned to you. Some fields require you to enter a justification for modifications before saving.

To view change history details, click the next to the header for the section that you want to view.

  1. Navigate to the Client page on the Configuration view.
  2. In the top menu, click Configuration. The Client Info view for the client organization displays.
  3. Select in the section that you want to modify.
  4. Modify the values as needed. For more information about the client information, see Client Information.
  5. Click .
