Email Templates for Client Locations

Email templates, included by default in the application, can be configured for client organization's locations. Templates are configured at the country level. For more information about email templates for a client organization, see Email Templates.
Note: For sick pay approval notifications, if there is no MSP contact information configured on an engagement, then the email notification that is sent adds the default MSP contact configured for a client organization at the operational unit (OpUnit) level (Configuration > OpUnit > Settings > Configuration > Email > Default MSP Email Address for Requests).
