Client Information Department
This report provides information regarding departments and sub-departments of a client
organization.
Departments and sub-departments are set up for client organization in the client's configuration. For more information about departments, see Department Hierarchy.
This report produces the following
columns:
- Division Code
- Division
- Division Status
- Cost Center Code - Displays the parent department information for the department information in the Division columns. If a department does not have a configured parent department, this field displays 'Unknown'.
- Cost Center - Displays the parent department information for the department information in the Division columns. If a department does not have a configured parent department, this field displays 'Unknown'.
- Cost Center Status
Fields | Description |
---|---|
Cost Center | Filter the report output by a configured cost center or department. This field is set to 'All' be default. |
Department Status | Filter the report output by the status of the department or sub-department. You can select either Active or Inactive. |
