Worker Diversity Engagement Report

This report produces information regarding worker diversity for a client organization. Due to the extremely sensitive nature of the data output by this report, it is only available to MSP Admin or SysAdmin users.
This report produces the following output columns:
Note: The report outputs one row per engagement, not per worker.
Note: Both inactive and active engagements are considered.

  • Worker section - Values in this section output as empty if the question on a client's diversity questionnaire is disabled, or if the worker has not completed the questionnaire. See Diversity Tracking Configuration.
    • Worker ID - This value is encrypted.

Filter Description
Gender Filter the report output by the identified gender of the worker.
Transgender Filter the report output by transgender workers (yes or no).
LGBTQIA Filter the report output by whether the worker identified as LGBTQIA.
Racial/Ethnic Filter the report output by the race/ethnicity of the worker.
Disability Filter the report output depending on disability status.
Veteran Status Filter the report output depending on veteran status.
Primary Language Filter the report output by a worker's primary language.
Proficient Languages Filter the report output by the worker's proficient languages.
Age Category Filter the report output by the worker's age category (range).
Religion Filter the report output by the worker's religion.
Family Status Filter the report output by the worker's family status.
Highest Education Filter the report output by the worker's highest education level.
Requisition TypeSelect the engagement type. This field is set to 'All' by default.
Requisition StatusSelect the status of the engagement to report on.
Requisition OpUnit Select the operational unit. This field is set to 'All' by default.
Supplier Name Filter the report output by the supplier for a requisition.
Country Select the country of an engagement. This field is set to 'All' by default.
State Select the state of an engagement. This field is set to 'All' by default.
City Select the city of an engagement. This field is set to 'All' by default.
Job Category Filter the report output by a job category.
Requisition Start Date Filter the report output by an engagement start date range.
Requisition Actual End Date Filter the report output by an engagement actual end date range.
Requisition End Date Filter the report output by an engagement end date range.
Requisition Close Reason Filter the report output by a close reason.
