Configure Key Encryption

This task requires the SysAdmin role. You also are required to create key admin roles in the client organization who will manage the encryption process.
  1. Navigate to the Configuration in the MSP view.
  2. Click Security in the left hand menu.
  3. In the security configuration, scroll to the BYOK section.
  4. Click in the top of the section.
  5. Toggle the Enable BYOK switch to the on position.
  6. In the confirmation pop-up, confirm that you want to enable the feature by clicking , or click .
    Warning: The BYOK feature cannot be disabled using the client organization's security configuration. To disable the feature, you must contact global support.
    The section now displays with configured BYOK administrator users. See User Roles.
