You can manage a user's verification process if they changes their registered
contact information or they are locked out of their account.
Navigate to the Clients page on the
Configuration view.
Click the Users tab.
Using the search function, locate the client manager to add the delegate for.

Expand the Account Information section.
Click .
In the 2-step verification field, click .
The 2-step verification field is removed from the user record. The user must
then re-register through the workflow. For more information about the
registration workflow, see 2-Step Verification Workflow.
