Workers Page

The Workers page displays all workers that have been submitted to requests for a client organization. Workers in a client organization have two definitions:
  • Candidates - Workers submitted for a request. The candidate record is retained in the system. Both client managers and MSPs can view supplier submissions on the Candidates tab of the request.
  • Workers - Candidate that is assigned to a request (and converted to an engagement).

You can filter the workers on the page by clicking the letter that corresponds to the first letter in the worker's last name. Click the worker name to view the worker's General Info tab details. Each worker record allows you to edit details, if you have the appropriate permissions. If worker custom fields are enabled, you can access them on this tab. You can also access and edit other sections of the worker record if you have the appropriate permissions. For more information about these worker details, see the following sections:

From this view, you can also add notes to each worker's user record. To add a note, click to open the Note pop up. For more information about notes, see Notes and Notifications.

Where applicable, you can click to view timestamped changes to the worker record. This includes when certain fields were edited, and so on. This information is different than the information found on the Activity tab.
