Broadcast Reminders
The broadcast reminders function allows you quickly send reminders via email to
individuals for items that they need to take action on.
Note: The reminder links that
appear are based on the functionality that is enabled for the client
organization.
Each link in the section opens a pop up and allows you search
through individual's names (managers, workers, and so on), locate outstanding items, and
quickly configure an email message.
In the pop up that displays the pending action items, you select the items using the check boxes, or you can select all the items to send a reminder.
The pop up allows you to narrow the search by selecting filters. Each reminder type features different filters. For more information about applying filters to a reminder type, see Send a Broadcast Reminder.
