Rate Application for Daily Time Entries

Engagements that use daily time cards can have different rates applied based on the type of configured work period, weekly or variable. The rate application is done daily (based on the number of days entered), or weekly (based on the weekly rate if the worker meets eligibility requirements).

If the client organization pays different rates for hours during the day, for example, graveyard shift, the worker can select the shift definition when entering time for the day. For more information about tiers for rates, see Tier Hierarchy for Pay Rates.
