Schedule
The following fields appear in the Schedule section for a
payroll request. Some fields are automatically populated using data from the request. You do
not need to modify automatically populated data unless the client organization requires the
engagement to change.
Field | Description |

Start Date | In the text field, enter the start date.You can also click the calendar icon to open a calendar pop up that allows you to select the date. |
Estimated End Date | In the text field, enter the estimated end date. You can also click the calendar icon to open a calendar pop up that allows you to select the date. |
Confirmed Est. End Date | To confirm the engagement end date, select the check box. |
Hours Per Week | In the text field, enter the number of hours per week. |
Hours Per Day | In the text field, enter the number of hours per day. |
Days Per Week | In the text field, enter the number of days per week. |
Non-Billable Time Granted | In the text field, enter the number of days that a worker on the engagement is granted. For more information about non-billable days, see Non-Billable Time for Engagements |
Non-Billable Time Used | Displays the number of days granted to the worker. |
