Send a Feedback Reminder

For pending feedback items, you can send a reminder using the application's email functionality.
Note: This process is similar to sending a Broadcast Reminder. For more information about Broadcast Reminders, see Send a Broadcast Reminder.
  1. Navigate to the Home page in the MSP view.
  2. Click More > Feedback.
  3. Click .
    Note: The email reminder type is loaded based on the item type button that is active on the Feedback page.
  4. Select the check box for the user to send the email.
    You can send multiple emails by selecting multiple check boxes, or you can select all users in the table by clicking the check box next to All.
    Note: You must select at least one user.
    If you are sending a Manager Survey for a worker, select the users, and click The manager survey is sent to the manager on the engagement. For worker surveys, you can filter by time span (surveys due for more than 7 days, 30 days, or all surveys due). The worker survey is in regard to the worker/s assigned to the engagement.
    You can also customize the following fields in the message:
    • Added Subject - Add additional content to the subject line of the email.
    • Reply To - Using the drop down, select the MSP to insert in the reply to field.
    • Message Body - Enter additional text for the message body.
