MSP Contacts

These settings appear for a client country in Settings > MSP Contacts.
Area Setting Description
MSP Contacts MSP Contacts The name of an MSP contact for that country.
To add a contact, click . On the Add MSP Contact pop-up, select one or more configured MSP names for the client organization.
Note: You can use the check boxes next to the names when adding multiple contacts.

An MSP contact can be made default for a country by selecting the Default check box. If you have selected the Use country email as a default check box in the Additional Contacts section, you cannot make the contact the default.

When adding a contact, you can select the Add these contacts to all countries! check box to automatically add the MSP contact information to all active countries in the client organization.

You can use the search field to search by name or email address, and you can additionally filter results using the Contact Type drop down. After making your selection, click .

Additional Contacts Use country email as a default Select the check box to make the team email alias the default for the country. This setting overrides the MSP contact email set at the organization level.

If you select this option, enter an email address in the Country Email field.

Country Email Enter the email alias for the MSP organization for that country.

This field is required if you use the Use country email as a default setting.

Payroll Email From the drop down, select the alias for payrollee onboarding and payroll expense notifications.
Note: A system administrator role is required to add an email alias to this list.
