Modify the Client Location Information

You must have at least one client added to the MSP Organization, and have at least one country configured for that client. You must have administrative privileges to modify these settings. A system administrator or MSP administrator has access to this view.
Add or modify the configuration for a client organization's location.
  1. Navigate to the Clients page on the Configuration view.
  2. Click the link in the NAME column for the client whose information you want to modify.
    The Client Info page appears.
  3. In the Countries section, click the text for a country in the Country column.
    The left navigation menu displays the client location settings.
  4. From the left navigation menu, select a location configuration setting to modify, and click . If you are adding an additional setting to an existing configuration, click .
  5. Make modifications to the existing configuration.
