Candidate Export
This report produces information about submitted candidates.
This report produces
the following columns:
- Worker
- Supplier
- Requisition Request ID
- Requisition Request Status
- Resume Status
- Date Submitted
- MSP Resume Comments
- Supplier Resume Comments
- Bill Rate Submitted
- Location
- Category
- Previous Employee of Client
- Relatives working at Client
- Worker Custom Fields - Any configured custom fields of the Worker type.
Field | Description |
---|---|
Worker | Enter the name of the worker(s) whose data is included in the report. This field is set to 'All' by default. |
Resume Status | Filter the report output by candidates with a specific resume status. This field is set to 'All' by default. |
Supplier | Filter the report output by the supplier that submitted the candidate. This field is set to 'All' by default. |
Category | Filter the report output by the job category that the candidate was submitted under. This field is set to 'All' by default. |
Location | Filter the report output by the location that the candidate was
submitted to. The locations that display are configured locations for
the client organization. The name of the organization appears before the category, and this field might display job categories that are configured for a client organization's operational units (OpUnits). For more information about job categories, see Job Category Configuration. This field is set to 'All' by default. |
Date Type | From the drop down, select the date type. You can select from the
following:
This setting is used in conjunction with From date and To date fields. You specify a date range based on the end date type. |
From date | Enter the beginning date for the date range. You can also click the calendar icon to open a calendar pop up that allows you to select the date. |
To date | Enter the end date for the date range. You can also click the calendar icon to open a calendar pop up that allows you to select the date. |
Show Worker Custom Fields | Select the check box to add any Worker type custom fields to the
report output. For more information about worker custom fields, see Custom Fields Options by Workflow. |
Summarize by | From the drop down, select how to summarize the output columns in the report. |
Select Columns | Select the columns to include in the report. |
