Manager Data Export
This report produces information in regard to client managers associated with a client
organization's engagements.
This report produces the following columns:
- Manager Name
- Manager #
- Requisition #
- Type
- Status
- Manager
- Supplier
- Job Title
- Department
- Active User Account
- Manager Email
- Work Phone
- Home Phone
- Mobile Phone
- Fax
- Address 1
- Address 2
- City / Town
- State / Province

- GUID
- External ID
- User Name

- Activation Date
- Active Person Account
- Language Preference
- Access Type
- Roles - Multiple values are separated by a pipe ( | ).
- Escalation Contact
- Restricted Data Class
- Process Emails - 'Inactive' if client manager does not receive emails.
- Consolidate Approval Routing
- Billing types for which configuration is enforced - Multiple values are separated by a pipe ( | ).
- Automatic Approval
- Billing Types of which Automatic Approval is Configured - Multiple values are separated by a pipe ( | ).
- Operational Units - Multiple values are separated by a pipe ( | ).
- Authorities - Multiple values are separated by a pipe ( | ).
- Associated Delegates
- Requisition Custom Fields - Any configured custom fields of the Requisition type that are added for the client organization or operational unit.
Field | Description |
---|---|
Manager | Select the client manager name associated with the engagement. This field is set to 'All' by default. |
Supplier Name | Filter the report output by the name of the supplier/vendor that is servicing the engagement. This field is set to 'All' by default. |
Location | Filter the report output by a configured client organization
location. Locations are defined in the client organization's configuration, and are specified during request creation. For more information about this configuration, see Client Locations. |
Requisition Type | Select the engagement type. This field is set to 'All' by default. |
Requisition Status | Select the status of the engagement to report on. |
Select Columns | Select the columns to include in the report. |
