Engagement Dates of Interest
After you fill a request, dates for actions on that request are stored in the
Dates of Interest section (). If you update the information for the request, the dates are updated.
The following dates are recorded:
- Date Created
- Date Pending
- Date Filled
- Date Closed - This field displays the user (first and last name) that closed (filled) the request. If the WANDIO tool or Bulk Upload was used to fill the requests, the user displayed is 'User, System'.
- Date Cancelled - This field displays the user (first and last name) that cancelled the request. If the WANDIO tool or Bulk Upload was used to cancel the requests, the user displayed is 'User, System'.
