Engagement Financials
These fields appear in the Financials section for a project
engagement.
Note: Some of these fields are automatically populated based on the values
configured in the project request.
Note: An additional Tax
Rates section appears if the Tax Calculation
method setting on the invoice option is set to 'Wand' (and default), or 'Manual' (and
default). If set to 'Manual', you can edit the applied tax rate on at the engagement
level, or at the billing item level. For more information about editing tax rates for
billing items, see Modify Pending Approval Billing Item.
Field | Description |
---|---|
Department | In the text field, enter the department. |
Currency | From the drop down, select the currency. |
Invoice Option | From the drop down, select the invoice option. |
Billing Period | From the drop down, select the billing period. |
Effective Date | Enter the effective date for the configuration. This date must match the start date of the engagement.You can also click the calendar icon to open a calendar pop up that allows you to select the date. |
Justification | In the text box, enter a description for the configuration. |
Time Entry Interface | From the drop down, select the timecard type for the engagement. |
Requisition | In the requisition row in the Billing
Parameters table, enter any specific billing details for
the engagement. Note: The application uses value defined in the supplier
contract. You can modify these values at the engagement
level. |
