Module Settings

Settings are accessed for a client organization's country. The country that you are editing appears at the top of the configuration page. Ensure you select the correct country from the list before you modify any of the settings.
Note: When accessing the diversity tracking settings from the application, you are automatically navigated to the client country configuration that you selected. For example, if you are accessing the settings for the client's Ireland location (Configuration > Countries > Ireland > Settings > Diversity Tracking > Edit Diversity Tracking Configuration), the module opens to the Ireland settings.
Note: The Groups configuration only applies to Magnit clients configured in the application. This section is hidden for non-application clients.

Setting Description
Ask These Groups Enable the request type (group) to send the survey to. Surveys are automatically sent to candidates when they are submitted by suppliers/vendors, or when they are added to the system.
You can select from the following:
  • Candidates - Survey is sent to all candidates that are submitted in the system.
  • Staffing Workers - Survey is sent to existing Staffing workers. Surveys are accessed in the Worker view.
  • Payroll Workers - Survey is sent to Payroll workers during the onboarding process. Surveys are accessed in the Worker view.
Setting Description
At this reminder cadence Set the reminder cadence for surveys that are incomplete. You can specify the number of reminder emails that are sent, and the time between emails.

You can check the status of a sent survey by checking the Diversity Tracking information in the Candidate Details. You can also hover over the warning icon in the Candidate tab for a potentially incomplete survey. Surveys can be resent manually by clicking the Resend icon.

This setting defaults to two (2) reminders with three (3) days between.

You can disable this functionality by editing the section and toggling the Active switch to off.

Setting Description
Logo in Email and Questionnaire Page Header Specifies the logo to use that appears at the top of the survey page, and the email notifications (initial and reminder).

Choose from the following:
  • WAND - select the WAND application logo.
  • Custom Logo - use a custom image. To use a custom image, select the radio button, and then click . Use the Upload Image pop up to either drag and drop your image, or click and select your image from your file browser.
Custom Colors Customizes the header bar and button color in the survey. Colors are input as hex code.

Colors appear by default. To customize either area, click , and click in the hex value field or the color circle icon. You can do the following:
  • In the color editor, enter the HEX6 value. You can also adjust the RGBA values to change the HEX6 value.

    OR

  • In the color editor, click a preset color shade and then click in the shade display to select a desired color.

Setting Description
Use Default Text Uses default text on the survey page. Default text is preconfigured in the module.

If your client organization needs to modify the text, click , and deselect the Use Default Text check box. The text box opens for edit.

You can modify any of the text. You can also insert variables using double percent (%) signs. This inserts application information.

Configure line breaks using '<br>' in line.

There is a 1,500 character limit for the field, including line breaks (4 characters).
