Invoice Activity
Displays notes, emails, and transfer messages that have been added to the
invoice.
Area | Description |

Note List | Displays a list of messages added to the invoice document. This
information includes the text of the note, the user that added the note,
and the date/timestamp when the note was added. To add a note, click
, and enter text for the note. Note: This
content is informational only, and does not appear on the
invoice. |
Displays a list of system sent email notifications. Email notifications are triggered by specific actions or tasks in the system. See Email Notification Configuration. | |
Transfer Messages | Displays transfer messages sent by the system. These messages are added when the invoices are sent to a back end ERP integration for processing (for example, tax calculation). |
