associated with the record. The field automatically suggests locations
configured for the client organizational level.Note: The supplier contract is linked to a client
location, that is, what job categories that the supplier can
fill. If the job category/location is not specified for projects
in the supplier contract, the application cannot suggest it. You
also cannot add a location on the fly for job categories defined
in the supplier contract. For more information about configuring
the contract, see Supplier Agreements. You can make the location default for the hiring manager of the request by selecting the Set as default check box. This automatically populates the location information when you create a request with the same hiring manager. All client locations are defined at the client organization's country level (Client Locations. ). For more information about countries, seeIf the work is completed offsite, select the Work Completed Offsite check
box, and enter the required address information. Note: A client
location is required even if the work is completed
offsite. Note: If you are using project worker engagements
for the client organization, modifying the work location
automatically updates the work location on the worker
engagements. Setting the 'Work Completed Offsite' option does
not update the project worker engagements. |
