Set Up Deliverables for SOW Contract

If you are using templates to create SOW contracts, you can optionally define deliverables and a supplier signatory in the quote. This section is only enabled if you enable the SOW module for a client organization, and select Create SOW Contract on the project request. For more information about SOW functionality in project requests, see SOW.
Note: You can only create a maximum of 300 deliverables for a quote.
Note: A red asterisk (*) indicates a required field.
  1. Complete steps 1-12 as defined in Assign a Quote to a Project.
  2. Toggle the switch to enable the Deliverables section.
  3. In the Deliverable Name field, enter text that describes the deliverable.
  4. In the Estimated Date Of Completion field, enter the date that the deliverable must be delivered by.
  5. Optionally, click Add Deliverable to add an additional deliverable.
  6. Click .
    Note: You can add the deliverables to the SOW contract template as variables. For more information about SOW templates, see Statement of Work.
