Set Up Milestones Details

You can define what materials are needed/required to complete the project in the project quote.
Note: You can click to save your configuration and complete later before you submit the quote.
Note: You can only create a maximum of 300 milestones for a quote.
  1. Complete steps 1-7 as defined in Define a Quote for a Project.
  2. In the Quote Summary section, toggle the switch to expand the Milestones section.
  3. Click Add Milestone.
  4. In the Milestones section, populate the following fields:
    • Milestone Name - Enter text that describes the milestone.
    • Description - Enter a description of the milestone.
    • Due Date - Enter the date that the milestone is due.You can also click the calendar icon to open a calendar pop up that allows you to select the date.
    • Amount - Enter the amount top be paid when the milestone is completed.
      Note: You can adjust the paid amount when adding billing for the project.
