Preferred Pricing for Projects

If you have pricing details for your project request, you can configure these guidelines with the request and them to the suppliers that will submit quotes. The pricing details include quote amounts for positions, pricing for milestones, and so on.

The Preferred Pricing Details on Quotes section appears on the Create Project Request page. For more information about these fields, see Preferred Pricing Details on Quotes.

If you configure these guidelines, the supplier views them when they configure a quote to submit for review. The guidelines can be edited by the supplier as needed before quote submission.

To configure preferred pricing guidelines, you must enable the functionality in the client organization's configuration. For more information about this setting, see Project Settings.
