Vender RFx for Project

The RFx feature for the project request type allows you to set up a request for information/request for proposal. Each request for information is a set of questions that can be scored by collaborators, either the client managers in the organization, or the MSP.

The RFx appears as a questionnaire for each submitted quote for a project.

The quote data is added, and the questionnaire completed, the RFx score can be accessed on the RFI tab for the project request. Scores are added to a scoreboard view. For more information about the scoreboard, see Review Quote Collaboration.

The RFx questionnaire can be preconfigured using an input template, and uploaded during request creation. The template file is a spreadsheet that allows you to configure large sets of questionnaire data. You can download the template file by clicking here.
